Interview: If selected, you’ll complete a few short phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview with a local company.

Start Your Internship: Once matched, you’ll begin your paid internship and receive a $250 stipend after your first day.

Gain Hands-On Experience: Work alongside industry professionals and build real skills on the job. Most participants complete around 240 hours over about 6 weeks.

Finish Strong: Complete the program and earn an additional $250. Many participants also have the opportunity to continue working with their company.

• Responses are typically within 24 hours. Weekend messages will be returned on Monday
• The program accepts applications year-round, with the majority of placements occurring between March and September.
• No prior experience is required. We’re looking for people who are motivated and ready to learn.
• Applicants must be between the ages of 18–24 and able to commit to the program schedule.
• Participants are expected to complete at least 240 hours of work, typically over about 6 weeks. Your schedule will be worked out with your mentoring company based on availability and needs.

This is a unique opportunity to mentor, train, and develop potential long-term employees while investing in the future of the industry. Your company is reimbursed $5 per hour, up to $1,200, to help offset wages. Participants also receive stipends throughout the program.
