Raise The Paddle
Auction & Gala
The Kitsap Building Association Auction & Gala provides an opportunity for the Foundation to lead the Raise the Paddle, where funds are directly invested into workforce development and community initiatives. Through the generosity of attendees, this moment plays a critical role in supporting programs like the Builder Grant and expanding our impact.
Construction In Motion
Hands-On learning
Construction in Motion is a hands-on, family-friendly experience that introduces the next generation to the skilled trades. Through interactive demonstrations and equipment displays, the Foundation helps create awareness, spark interest, and connect young people to future career opportunities. Held annually as part of the Peninsula Home & Remodel Expo, Construction in Motion takes place on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM and is free to attend. Golf Tournament Fundraiser
Playing for a cause
The Kitsap Building Association’s annual golf tournament provides an opportunity for the Foundation to host an on-course fundraising activity. At one of the holes, we engage golfers with a fun, interactive game while raising funds to support our programs and initiatives. This lighthearted competition adds to the tournament experience while helping generate meaningful support for workforce development and community impact.

Build A Better Christmas
Giving Back
Build a Better Christmas is a Foundation-led initiative focused on giving back during the holiday season. Each year, we partner with the YWCA Alive Shelter in Bremerton to support families in need by shopping for gifts and essential items, helping create a meaningful and memorable holiday experience. A highlight of the program is our annual gift-wrapping party, where volunteers come together to wrap presents and celebrate the season. We’re always looking for volunteers to join us and be part of this special tradition.
