Founded in 2003 and established as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2025, the Kitsap Building Association Foundation is dedicated to strengthening our community through workforce development, education, and industry partnership.

As the charitable arm of the Kitsap Building Association, the Foundation works to support the future of the building industry while creating meaningful opportunities for individuals and families throughout Kitsap County. Through scholarships, mentorship, training programs, community initiatives, and strategic partnerships, we help connect people to rewarding careers and support the long-term vitality of our region.

Now operating as an independent nonprofit, the Foundation is positioned to expand its impact, grow community partnerships, and develop programs that support both the workforce needs of the industry and the communities we serve.
